Negative: How complicated it’s to check in they don’t clean the rooms until u check out we got a room w roaches the ac didn’t work they didn’t clean it there were hairs in the bathroom the pool has broken tiles which they don’t mention but have a paper to enter in your own risk instead of fixing it they didn’t give us the correct password for the internet it said it includes toiletries but it doesn’t the cup for ur brush is full of hairs it’s disgusting they have left us a open packet of coffee then the other room the fridge still have things from the people before us

Positive: El lugar en general muy tranquilo, La alberca comoda. La habitación igual 10/10 Negative: Bastantes pasos para conseguir el código de check in Muy puntuales, justo a las 3 eso si., Pero si bastantes pasos, entiendo que es por seguridad pero talvez podrían agilizar esto.

Negative: Que nunca hubo un contacto para preguntar dudas o cuestiones que iban saliendo

Positive: La ubicación Negative: En la regadera el agua se estancaba. Además, mi código de acceso fue inválido y nadie me contestaba en teléfono para resolver

The room is incredible but the service needs to be improved Positive: Good location if you want to go to US Embassy Negative: I arrived late at the property and my check in was delayed about 30 minutes because there is nobody in there physically, when they finally gave me my access code to the room it was incorrect so I had to wait longer. The WiFi didn’t work and I never received a solution from the staff. Also the drain of the shower is clogged.
